DR. HECTOR EMEKA AKWUAKA
Dr. Akwuaka is a consummate Legal Practitioner, Chartered Secretary, Chartered Arbitrator and Notary Public with twenty-seven (27) years post call to bar experience in oil & gas transactions, commercial banking, investment banking, private legal practice and public sector services.
As an experienced Attorney, his expertise cuts across a wide spectrum of legal practice including; Oil & Gas, Company Secretarial Services, Corporate Advisory Services, Private Equity transactions, Corporate Finance/Project Finance transactions, Mergers & Acquisition, Capital Market and Securities, Banking and Finance, Contract Management, Energy and Natural Resources, Maritime, Aviation, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Labour & Industrial Relations as well, Remedial Assets Management, Litigation and ADR.
He possesses very strong academic qualifications which include a first degree in Law (LLB/BL), two master’s degrees in law (LL.M), an M.B.A, a Ph.D in Law and mastery certifications from Harvard, Yale and M.I.T in Justice, Constitutional Law and Philosophy, respectively.
He is a Fellow of respected professional bodies such as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), Institute of Corporate Administrators of Nigeria as well as a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K) and the International Bar Association.
He is also a Notary Public.

Evince is an experienced lawyer with 10 years of legal practice experience, specializing in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Probate/Family Law, Intellectual Property and Corporate compliance. Evince is renowned for his negotiation skills, litigation success, critical thinking, and providing bespoke solutions to knotty legal issues. He has represented clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations in commercial transactions and in superior courts in Nigeria. He combines deep legal expertise with strategic thinking to deliver effective legal solutions with favourable outcomes.
Evince worked at IKEYI & ARIFAYAN, a full-service Law Firm, as an associate where he rendered advisory services on complex commercial and litigation issues and acted as counsel to multi-national in the Energy Sector. As an associate at the Firm, he advised on several mergers and acquisitions in the Telecommunication Sector. Evince also worked as an associate at CHIKWEM CHAMBERS (CVC IHEKWEAZU SAN & CO) and ETRANZACT INTERNATIONAL PLC Nigeria’s leading payment processing platform and Africa’s leading provider of banking and payment services.
Evince, holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Niger Delta University, completed his B.L at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus and a Masters’ degree in Energy Resources Law at the University of Lagos. He is a duly admitted Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). He also holds WIPO ACADEMY certificate on intellectual property and NBA ICLE Certificate on intellectual property.
Evince is actively involved in dispute resolution practice across all levels of court, Mediation and Arbitration, he has successfully represented both local and multinational corporations at different levels of courts. He also leverages on his wealth of experience as a dispute resolution Practitioner in advising on several high-level transactions involving multinational organizations, whilst helping clients identify clauses that could possibly result in litigation.

Oziegbe Obanor is an experienced Legal Practitioner with 7 years of proven expertise in Real Estate and Property Law, Corporate and Commercial Transactions, and Dispute Resolution. Adept at delivering strategic legal solutions tailored to client needs, while ensuring compliance and minimizing risk. A knack for exceptional professional service with sharp analytical skills, and a results-driven approach to complex legal challenges.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, completed his B.L at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus and was consequently admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
With seven years of hands-on legal experience, Oziegbe is a results-driven Legal Practitioner with proven expertise in Real Estate and Property Law, Corporate and Commercial Transactions, and Dispute Resolution.
